Grow stronger this spring with a free weekly outdoor fitness class with Gym Blue. Designed to welcome beginners while still offering a challenge for more advanced participants, these workouts focus on bodyweight conditioning and functional strength that can be scaled to meet a range of fitness levels.
Each session features a rotating workout format—such as intervals, stations, or “as many rounds as possible” (AMRAP)—to keep things engaging and adaptable. Participants will move through exercises that build endurance, coordination, and full-body strength while enjoying the energy of working out together in the open air.
